Umm...I think it'd be better with visible borders to seperate the board from the wrap.
Also, the PM Toast seems like a slice of the board thrown on there.
The logo is also too dark of a brown...
That's where I'll stop..I think the coding is rather nice, but the design isn't something I fancy much...

The design is mediocre, there is not much appeal to it. There is no real flow, it just seems as if patterns of wood have been slapped on and orange has been placed on it. Your design quickly draws the person to the categories because of the orange used. To be honest, I am a person who strongly believes that the header and menu should be the first thing a visitor should be drawn to because obviously the header identifies the board or webpage and the menu is the navigation towards the rest of the board. In this case, your header and menu is too dark and seems to just fade into the background.

As said above by .Chance there is no visible border to separate the board from the wrap, in many cases this can work however in this particular design it seems as if it goes from wood and straight into the wrap. For instance, ZNR has a border which separates the body from the wrap which works quite well.

I'm not sure about the colour choice for the h2, orange seems too vivid compared to the rest of the theme, the contrast doesn't work very well. If more orange was used, I believe it could have worked a bit better rather than just using it for text.

The rows frustrate me because it switches from a dark tan to a lighter tan half way through a cell which is weird because it chops off the text. (http://s1.zetaboards.com/T_B/forum/1646723/ & Shoutbox)
To combat this, you probably could have used borders.

Overall I believe if you keep practicing in design you can work it out. Practice makes perfect. Good luck!

I will be making a completely grayscale version soon for those who don't like the orange :)

Also, added a right border to posts.
