One of my members keeps getting a message saying she doesn't have permission to shout. It isn't all the time, but it only seems to happen to her, not anyone else. The permissions are fine, they've all been checked, so I have no idea what it could be. Anyone got any idea? All help appreciated as always. *can someone edit the title please? it should say member* Thanks. Oh and another thing. Is there an auto refresh option for the shoutbox? Only some members keep forgetting to press it and think no one is replying. I know they'll get used to it in time, it would just be handy. Thank you.

Is this for a ZetaBoards board, or an added on shoutbox in InvisionFree?

This is the shoutbox I installed on my invision free forum. http://resources.zetaboards.com/topic/636184/1/ A couple of my users are still having problems with this message telling them they don't have permission to shout. Could it be the type of browser they are using? I know at least one of them uses google chrome. Could that be it? I myself use firefox and I don't have any problems at all. They are getting a bit arsey about it, and I don't want them getting to the stage where they up and leave because of it. I'd really appreciate some advice on this please. Thank you.

A few members are still having problems with this issue. I'm baffled. I've checked and quadruple checked permissions and they are fine. Setting permissions is easy peasy, (one of the reasons I picked IF) so what the problem is, I don't know. Not everyone has this issue, just a couple. Odd. |

There are 3 members who still get told they don't have permission to shout. It's very odd because it isn't all the time. I really am at a loss to explain it. The permissions for the shoutbox are fine. All members have permission to read, reply and start. I have suggested it might be their browser because that's all I can think of. Any ideas, help appreciate as usual. It sure is pink in here today?? Very romantic looking for valentines day.

Some of my members are still having permission problems in the shoutbox. They say they are constantly getting told they don't have permission to shout. They do manage to shout in it eventually, but they keep getting this message. I'm at a loss to understand this. ALL the permissons are set correctly. ALL members have permisson to shout, and it's not all the members, just a couple. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks.
