Hello. I run a invisionfree forums. About two weeks ago (Feb 20) i submitted a support ticket. Two days after i opened it "Brian" replied asking for more information, that same day i replied again with the asked information. Since then (after two weeks) i haven't received another reply, although i was informed here that a reply would usually happen within a couple days at most. :-/ Can anyone help me :'( ? Password restorations are a common request for many boards, and therefore often lead to a lengthy queue. Your ticket has been elevated to our management and is awaiting a response. Creating support topics for the same problem will not speed up this process. We appreciate your patience.

Unfortunately it can take several weeks, if not longer. Restoration requests are quite long processes, and as Liam mentioned, we get a lot of them. I apologize for the inconvenience. Jonathan |
