All right, so I put in a support ticket for this, and to be honest I'm not sure how long it takes for you guys to get back on that. It's been six hours no response and I would really like to get my board back up and going again, and I've seen that some people have had the same issue, but fixed the problem before anyone replied, so I still don't know what it is. Last night the board started having a spaz attack. The only way to login is through the quick login on the sidebar. If I'm signed out I can't even come in through the ACP. It still shows me as logged out. When I do get logged in I can't do anything to existing posts. When I try to edit them and republish the post it says there's nothing in the post to publish. There of course is, but it's not reading it. When my coadmin goes to quote just a simple post with just text she's getting five pages worth of gibberish. However I can quote fine, but if I go to preview the post, I get a 414 URI too long error. I'm the root admin and we spent three hours trying to figure this out last night before finally putting in a support ticket. If anyone has any ideas on what this could possibly be or how to fix it, please let me know. http://z15.invisionfree.com/SwanSong__/index.php? |

Please do not start both a support topic and a support ticket for the same issue. I will close this topic now--you can continue to communicate through the support ticket with our support team. Thank you for your understanding. |
