Could you just do #2-4 and allow it to slide down to open the whole thread's content (Just the post, not the Topic creator's profile and all of that)
Having the topics content display would double the amount of AJAX requests that has to be used.

On pages with less text, it's not fitting properly on either of my themes. The site ends but the sidebar continues on (readily seen while looking at users online as seen here)

Use this piece of JavaScript to fix it:
Code:

<script type="text/javascript">
$('#main').css('min-height', $('#sidebar').height() + 'px');
</script>

Any solutions you can tell me or other ideas for this sidebar that's related to what I'm wanting?

Placed it into the Javascripts area, and the code did not prevent the glitch from happening. It's probably that it's conflicting with another code on the board some place.

Well, it appears everything you're in need of requires AJAX, so you're basically looking for ways to transfer content from one area to every page the sidebar applies to. You might want to send in a (personal) support ticket and ask the staff what's the maximum amount of AJAX requests you're allowed to have on your board on a per-page basis, once they answer we can go from there and the rest of the decisions are left up to you.

Place it in the Below the Board wrapper instead.

Well keep in mind that the sidebar ONLY shows on the /index/ page now.

I would still send in a (personal) support ticket asking such a question. The last thing you want is an official staff member to arrive at your doorstep telling you you can't use specific codes because you're using too much AJAX.

Fixed! Thank you kindly, Though one last question about it, when you go to load a page anywhere on my site, it first appears over lapping the main site for about 4 or 5 seconds then bounces to it's proper corner on the left hand side of the site. Is this just how it functions normally?

Place it before all other codes so it will be the first one to load.

So now it's your decision, what's the maximum amount of AJAX requests you want to use on one page load?

He stated above that the "Active Topics In Sidebar" code will put a sidebar box there already along with the code.

But i need an version of this code to put on theme layout, to work with the side bar code like the "Latest Statuses"

When i put in board template, works, but i need modfiy the "right" and "top" of the "active topics code" to align with the other blocks
