How do I remove this menu?

How do I remove this menu?; I want to know how to remove the forum menu with a HTML code, I'll explain better in the post.

I want to remove the following in the Blue square box: Will anyone please help? I'm trying to help my Grandmother create a website without Forums and this here is a bother, thank you. And yes, I have a way of accessing the Admin CP without the Login/Register feature there, so don't worry :). Thank you for your time.

Member Posts: 3 Group: Members Member #197,396 Joined: May 3, 2011	Go to Themes > Edit Appearance > find #nav (use ctrl+f and type it in)> then replace the entire thing with the code I gave you earlier.
