It is important that all of your staff are up-to-date with the security requirements (that being a strong password and secure email account). The Staff Security Portal in the AdminCP is an extremely useful tool that will allow you to view the password strengths of all Administrators and Global Moderators. It is crucial to ensure that all staff on your forum have: A password that is unique to your forum and that is not used anywhere else. A password containing letters (both upper and lowercase), numbers and symbols. A secure email account. Liam
