 is it possible to relocate (Administration and Moderator List · Replies to Your Topics · Active Topics · Top 10 Posters Today · Top 10 Overall Posters) to the top of the board somehow?

 To achieve what you're looking for, a third party script will be required.

You may find it already in existence by searching through our database, or if not, you can request it to be made. You will need to register an account to make a request, but it's completely free, and gives you access to a big community of coders.
