Ever since gizmodo.com changed their layout, I've been using ca.gizmodo.com instead (which retains the old layout). It's usually fine, but sometimes a fresh load of the site will start with articles from months ago. SHIFT+Reload doesn't fix this. However, clearing my cache and reloading DOES fix it. I have Firefox set to "Never remember history", but I suppose some things always need to be cached. Either way, the problem is that clearing the cache/history also logs me out of any other sites I have open in other tabs. Is there a way to clear the cache of one specific site without clearing others? I've Googled and found nothing. Note: I'm talking about the cache, not the cookies. Clearing the cookies does nothing. -IMP

I'm not certain this works, but I tried this with a site once and it worked. If you open the site in your history, and right click the folder containing the history of that site, you can choose an option called Forget This Site. I did that once and it removed everything of the site I was having trouble with. I'm afraid I don't know how to find that option outside the history, but if Firefox keeps history for the active session then simply removes it once you shut it, then you could get to it during the session to remove it that way. Or just temporarily enable the history if there's no other way to get the option. |

Thanks . After I posted this topic, I discovered that forcing Gizmodo to view page 1 specifically instead of just going to the main page fixes the problem altogether. So I just added that to my Redirector options and it's fine now .Thanks, though. -IMP
