Board Address: Private Board Software: ZetaBoards Description: Hi everyone! I'd like for this code to limit the access to certain web pages based on member group. Ideally one would be able to input a specific web page and then list which member groups would be able to access it (or not access it). So members who would not be able to access it would not see the link on the forum links section, either. It would be completely invisible to them. I don't know if this next bit is possible, but if this code could also block various codes that are installed on the site from different member groups as well, that would be awesome. For instance, Member Groups A & B would not be able to utilize (or see) Code A, but Member Groups C - F would be able to use it. I hope this makes sense. I imagine it as just inputting the specific code into this code and then setting it to 'active' or 'inactive' for each member group. If that last bit is not possible, no worries, but the first part would really be very helpful! Thanks in advance! |

Perfect! Thank you, I tried looking but did not come across that code. Do you know if something like the second part of what I described would be possible? Activating or deactivating various codes on the board for various member groups? |

Having group-only codes would likely only be possible for certain codes, most codes it will likely require AJAX on nearly every page, which isn't really practical. |
