The main page is displaying differently whenever I browse the site with a laptop. A desktop computer displays everything just fine, but here's what I'm getting whenever I use my portable computer--

Spoiler: click to toggle

I've already tried clearing my cookies/cache. Help?

It's a long shot without a board URL, but do you have a very wide banner? What screen resolution are you using for your laptop?

I'm not talking about an actual forum I've created. The above image is what I'm seeing whenever I'm viewing Zetaboards' main page: www.zetaboards.com.

I doubt screen resolution has anything to do with it, as I've tried this out on two different laptops that have very different screen sizes. The results for both is the image in the first post.

Your browser isn't loading the CSS for some reason. =\ What browser are you using?

I've tried using both IE 8 and the latest version of Chrome. On two different laptops. :/

EDIT:
It doesn't work in Mozilla either.

What firewall and anti-virus software are you using? Is it the same on both laptops?

I'm using two different versions of Trend Micro Titanium on both of the laptops.

Try disabling Trend Micro temporarily and then attempt to load the documentation.

It's still not working, and I tried what you suggested. :/

Do you think there's anything else I can try?

Sorry for the late reply. I just saw this now for some reason.

If you're still having issues with this. We've identified the problem w/Trend Micro and another user actually came up with a good workaround. Essentially you need to whitelist the IP address at http://z3.ifrm.com/. Feel free to post if you need a step by step guide.

I've actually been able to correct the issue with Trend Micro. They had misclassified our IP address as malicious. It's now been classified as safe so there shouldn't be any more issues.
