Wasn't sure if this has been reported, but I figured that I'd say something now than later. :/ I understand that the Zdocs were down last week for the host maintenance but they've been incredibly hard to access. They keep going up or down or something. I haven't been able to get to them at all and I'm getting pretty frustrated because I'm trying hard to learn how to skin on this forum. Are they going to be up anytime soon and stay up? Is there a back-up place where I can access them somewhere else?

Go Irish!

I'm sorry for the difficulty you're having. They're available right now if you'd like to access them.

For me, the Zdocs keep timing out. I've tried to clear my cache and made sure that my internet isn't suffering from connection. I've even went as far as uninstalling fire fox and reinstalling it with recommended settings. The docs are still timing out for me.

Here's what I'm getting:

The connection has timed out.
The server at docs.zetaboards.com is taking too long to respond.
  • The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
  • If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
  • If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

The documentation project is currently hosted on an ex-staff members webhost, so we're not able to provide support for users who are experiencing access problems at this time.

The plan is to move it to ZB hosting soon.

>_< Is there still a back-up of the docs? What I'm really after is the tutorial of changing your theme (the example is going from the Zetaboards original theme to the midnight one).

Try accessing them through a proxy to see if that helps.

When I tried a proxy, the website has "We are currently down for maintenance."

Before when I had the same problem and used a proxy, I was eventually "banned" somehow.

So no luck with proxies for right now. :/

I found a proxy what was able to produce results, even though this is just a temporary fix, I really wish that I wasn't forced to go out of my way to use a proxy just to read the zeta docs. >_<

What in the world is a ZDoc?
Basically all the documentation articles regarding using a Zetaboards forum and all its features.

Right. :) A big ol' boring instruction booklet. I'd rather get my hands dirty and break my board anyhow. Aye, I was not popular with the InvisionFee Support Team way back when.

:P
