I've tried to type in Google search the name of my forum and even tried putting "zetaboard" in it but still the search engine wouldn't generate the like of my forum. I know I saw this kind of topic before but for some reason I can't find it so what should I do so that when I search for the forum name or any tag that is related to my forum, the search engine would generate it. Thank you in advance!

If you submitted your board to Google, it should be indexed fairly soon, if you're waiting for a Google bot to come and find your board, it may take a little longer. Once your board is posted on some well-known sites it will usually find your board pretty fast. It takes time for your board to be fully indexed. If you can't easily find it by keywords, it's possible that your board is indexed, but not readily visible on some of the first few pages, you can use the site: operator to confirm if it's indexed.

There's various things you can do to expedite the process of being indexed: http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769

The sitemap they refer to is not able to be used on ZetaBoards as it requires uploading a file to the root directory of your site, the alternative is creating a webpage with various links from your site.

So meaning I don't need to make this Sitemap thingy right? I'm confuse. :)

Basically you can create a manual one via the Website Maker of your board, which will allow you to list HTML hyperlinks that can be crawled by a Google bot, it's a way for pages to be found quicker by the bot and then indexed. It's probably best to submit this page directly to Google after you finish it (especially if you don't have it linked anywhere), that way it can be crawled.

I've tried putting the link of my forum in Google Addurl and i don't know if it works or not. I'm really confuse right now. So meaning only HTML made sites are only the one that the Google bot can find?

PS: Sorry for my bad English, not my main language though.

If you submitted your URL successfully it will eventually be indexed, most likely. It won't be instant.
Google

Googlebot can process many, but not all, content types. For example, we cannot process the content of some rich media files or dynamic pages.
Your site will be able to be indexed.

How long it usually take until it will be indexed? Hmm, I think i shall leave it that way. Hoping that my link will be indexed. Thanks Cory!

Crawling and indexing are processes which can take some time and which rely on many factors. In general, we cannot make predictions or guarantees about when or if your URLs will be crawled or indexed.
