It seems to me that when you use the the [note] BBCode and someone quotes your post that contains it, the anchor and [hr] are at the bottom of the post and not at the bottom of the quote.

I think this is a correct way of showing the anchors.

Yes, that was intentional.

It's fairly easy to make notes appear at the bottom of posts constantly.[1] It's definitely[2] much harder to figure out whether a note is supposed to be in the quote box or not. It could[3] always be in the quote box when it's in a quote box, but then that makes the notes in the post harder to use, etc.
[1] This assessment comes from my experience programming things. I am not Brandon and do not have access to ZB's source, but I don't think I need it to say things like this. :P
[2] Most likely.
[3] read: probably shouldn't

However, it would be possible to have some JavaScript put the horizontal rule and appropriate anchors/notes within the blockquotes that the link to the note is found in. If you'd prefer to have it that way, just saunter down to ZNR and make a request. ^_^

Even though I still think the upgrade is amazing, I'm kind of sad to see none of the past emoticon manager suggestions were added. I hope these are considered in future upgrades.

Is there any possibility that moderators can be allowed to edit profile fields? Seems odd to make it admin-only or public and exclude any other staff from editing.

Global moderators already have that option. Go to the users profile and click "Edit Profile" from the drop down menu.

Moderators cannot edit admin-only fields, we've tried, although not through the 'edit profile' option.

Loving the update so far. Though, I didn't see the Staff BBCode in the list of BBCode in the Admin CP. Is there a specific method to enable it, like with the Class BBCode?

An Admin-edit profile field...being editable only by Admins? MADNESS! :O

Do you mean from the Administrators and Moderators list? If so, unfortunately this isn't possible currently. Our resource community might be able to create a code to hide it, however. :)

Both of them already are enabled by default.

Here's the code :) (if you are referring to the forum moderators in the Admin & Mod Page)

Code: HTML

<style type="text/css">table#forum_leaders { display:none; }</style>
Add it to the Javascripts section of the Board Template.

Ah, so you just type it in? Should have figured. I assumed that if there was a BBCode button for the Staff tag, only the staff would be able to see it.
