Loving the update so far. Though, I didn't see the Staff BBCode in the list of BBCode in the Admin CP. Is there a specific method to enable it, like with the Class BBCode?
Both of them already are enabled by default.
Ah, so you just type it in? Should have figured. I assumed that if there was a BBCode button for the Staff tag, only the staff would be able to see it.
That is correct. Only Staff can see content of Staff BBCode, however every Member can use Staff BBCode. ;)

I like how members can't quote a post containing the Staff BBCode to try and see the hidden contents. It just quotes what they can see. :)

He was talking about a hypothetical BBCode button, which would make sense like that since the [staff] BBCode is really most useful for inter-staff notes.

Not just quote, but edit own posts too. Editing own post with Staff BBCode will not remove it nor affect it, nor make it visible. I have used a term of "additional dimension" to describe to my Staff how this BBCode works. It creates an additional dimension within the post that can be seen or be edited only by Staff Members.

@EA: Fact. But in my board I have had even my personal BBCode visible in posting page to everyone that was not even working. It was there just to show my Members that this BBCode exist. ;)

An Admin-edit profile field...being editable only by Admins? MADNESS! :O

How do I hide staff members forum moderators?
:glare:

I am not amused. To be fair, we tried to bypass through admin assistants but to no avail. I assume it would work if they edited through the ACP, but that's asinine.

My suggestion is still to add a 'Admin & Moderator' option for editing profile fields.

URLs aren't parsing inside notes just leaving [url][/url] tags.

No BBCode is parsing inside the [note] tags. We're aware of this bug and it's already been reported. :)

Thank you for looking, though. Send us more bug reports if you find any!

FYI You can do something cool with position:absolute; on the mquote tickbox. I merged it into the quote button itself so you may find it looks somewhat more like it belongs. This was on my forum. Edit: You can change the margins on it as well to position it nice and centre.

Very nice indeed! ^_^ Thanks for sharing.

And thanks for the upgrade, Brandon. :D
