[Solved] Support Ticket Feature disabled; no message field

Hello, I had an issue, came to look for help on the topic, found it but it didn't help me and so I decided to make a support ticket. I was unable to do so because there was no message field nor any button to click to send. I thought maybe I could relay a brief message in the topic title and enter from my keyboard but only got the message that I hadn't filled in the message... which I am unable to because there is no message field.

Of the few support tickets I had listed, one of them still said open and so I thought maybe I could go to it and use the reply to reach the support team about my message field not showing up and being unable to make a support ticket, but there was no reply option in it.

I thought to come and pm someone in the support team but saw a message that we're not supposed to and to make a support ticket.

I don't necessarily want to publish my board's address, but I will if needed, and I am hoping someone will be able to help with this.

I can see the very top of the message box in your screenshot. That tells me that you just didn't scroll down enough. There should a miniature scroll bar on on the right of support ticket information. Scroll that down and you should be able to see the rest of the form and the submit button.
