Scrolling images gallery in the portal

Hi all :=)

I tried to include in the main central block of the portal a gallery of scrolling images.
Actually I was not able to find or install an elegant tool to this option, so I invented the following (I am a newbe in coding):

CSS:

Quote:

#portal_l {
float:left;
width: 270px;
}

#portal_r {
float:right;
width: 220px;
}

#portal_news {
width:710px;
margin: 0 230px 0 280px;
}

in the portal manager:

Quote:

<marquee behavior="alternate" direction="left" scrolldelay="3500" scrollamount="733" hspace="20%">

<a href="http://s4.zetaboards.com/udinese/topic/9149922/1/"><img src="http://i53.tinypic.com/o6b4mu.png" width="720" height="400" alt="udinese" /></a>

<a href="http://s4.zetaboards.com/udinese/topic/9129168/1/"><img src="http://i56.tinypic.com/2hn0xn4.png" width="720" height="400" alt="udinese" /></a>

<a href="http://s4.zetaboards.com/udinese/topic/9148620/1/"><img src="http://i55.tinypic.com/a57rdl.png" width="720" height="400" alt="udinese" /></a>

<a href="http://s4.zetaboards.com/udinese/topic/9126659/1/"><img src="http://i56.tinypic.com/2eefn89.png" width="720" height="400" alt="udinese" /></a>

</marquee>

the result is this one:

the problem is clear: changing screen resolution or also simply looking at the portal in a window mode che position of the blocks is not regular, overlapping them or leaving empty space between the central and the right block.

How can I solve this?
I have no clue how to include in the portal a more sofisticated gallery, but I have no idea where I have to put the code and where I shall upload the files.

thanks
