I know that it can be frustrating when things don't go right and a whole lot of people are getting frustrated with you for the issue taking so long to be dealt with, and I appreciate the work you put into this.

Hey, I'm not techy. Anything I can do I do because I gritted my teeth and taught myself through trial and error. And then I get flaily, because I get frustrated.

But Customer Support was a part of one of my jobs for 5 years. I know what it's like to be doing everything you can to make a whole lot of people happy, and to have your efforts undervalued because they're not fast enough, etc.

The initial problem was attack related, which we were able to resolve quite quickly and successfully. The access issues that continued for some time afterwards is a result from a network filter that our server company has in place. We are still working with them to ensure that this filter is modified to allow all of our customers to have access to their boards.
