What do you mean, which number, I don't understand LE: I contacted those of GoDaddy, and I explained that it wasn't me the one who made that request, for removing the Domain Certification from ORPHEUSS.COM. After some indications, from them, I managed to recover back, my domain certification, but still can't acces my site. what can I do ? Edited by Orpheus., Nov 24 2011, 09:22 AM.

Orpheus, If you're seeing a screen on your site claiming that it has been hacked, this is likely the case. I would recommend contacting our Support Team once again any time 24x7 via http://x.co/support to advise them that you are still experiencing problems. You will definitely want to take a look at both your domain and hosting settings. Either of these could have been changed depending on what kind of information someone had to access your site. Luckily, many times a hacker will simply replace your index file with theirs so that it displays the "you've been hacked" page. Your file structure and content may very well still be in place. Again, please contact our Support Team to check on your account and get you back on track. Sincerely, Jeremi GoDaddy Social Media |

Thanks a lot, for your replay. Indeed, this happened, someone it managed, I don't know how, but I think it isn't too difficult, for someone who have knowledges in this domain and some tools at hand, to get my account data. Thus, he entered the control panel and without a clear reason, just to destroy, ( I guess it's a young person, about 20 years, amateur of terrible actions ), began deleting everything what he saw with eyes, skins, forum categories, forums, topics, but worst of all, he deleted all the members, I believe that he wanted to delete me also, but I wasn't deleted just because he couldn't do this, otherwise he destroyed the entire board, my work for almost three years, sleepless nights, passion, everything was ruined in a few minutes. He didn't made changes nowhere else, on GoDaddy, or whatever, he changed only the index file and my nickname. But after many attempts, I managed to log in the ACP, and I could in this way to restore the pace. I deleted everything that belonged to him, I changed the password, with a stronger one, restored my nick and I started, from yesterday, to rebuild back the board, but of course I not remember exactly how it was structured, I mean order of categories, topics, etc.. But, anyway I would rebuild it, I can't bring back the deleted members, and the forum looks apocalyptic, with tens of thousands of posts, near which no longer exist an avatar or a user nickname, but only an information, everytime the same: "Deleted User". Now, through the control panel, I opened a Support ticket, where I explained what had happened, and I received response from Jonathan, that the Zetaboards is able to restore the deleted boards, categories of the boards, forums or deleted members. All I have to do, is to wait for when he will have time available to help me, and to return my entire board in time, with few days, to a point restored, I don't know with how many days he can turn back, but to be somewhere before the day when it was attacked. I wait, with hoping that it will solve, I remember that two years ago and a half, I had a problem with GoDaddy domain setting, and the same Jonathan helped me, in a highly competent mode. I wish you well, to everyone, and take care of your boards. Yours Hariga Nelu Edited by Orpheus., Nov 27 2011, 03:21 AM.
