Are you talking about the pagination, the buttons you click to go to different pages of a topic?

Sorry I wasn't more specific.

These are the buttons I want to enlarge:

Code:

.cat-pages a,.cat-pagesjump i,.cat-topicpages a {

.cat-pages a:hover,.cat-topicpages a:hover {

.cat-pages span {

You can set a width and height on them or use padding.
Code:

width: #px;
height: #px;
display: inline-block;
Code:

padding: #px;

Thank you, Cory. How would I center the page numbers?

That center-aligns the text horizontally but not vertically. I've googled around but I can't find anything to center it vertically as well.

The same padding on all four sides would have centered it both ways. To center the text vertically with a specified height, try giving a line-height to it with the same number as the height.
Code:

line-height: #px;
