I don't monitor my forum 24/7 so i was unaware if the server was down for maintenance/upgrade when expected, so i assumed it to have been completed on time, clearly assuming correct information is given to us should not be taken for granted. Even if i did monitor my forum 24/7 should i have then guessed when it would not be available? |

Quozzo, the point is that the reason for the downtime was made clear. It wasn't just that suddenly forums didn't work. They all had an accompanying message with them. Unfortunately, not everything can go exactly as stated all the time. I, for one, am thankful for the efficiency with which the server changes were done (not several hours of downtime for all forums on both services, as could have easily happened) and the performance of these new servers. Practising gratefulness: just another way for life to seem a little better. |

When I ban someone at my board he or she still posting with same ip addresses. I am on S10 zeta board. |

You should probably put in a general support ticket through your admin cp. The ZB Team might need to take a better look at what's going on. On a side note but related to the servers' move, anyone else who buys ad credits find it instantly gave out on the move and that buying more resulted in nothing? I've put a sale support ticket in but am waiting for a response, so I thought I would try and find out if the move has affected anyone else advert-wise to help. |

Yeah, the IP banning thing is really annoying. I've sent a support ticket in but the gist of it for anyone else is that when you put in and IP addy and hit submit and get back to the banned list, the IP you put in is now a different one which obviously won't keep out the offending user. |

The ban users getting annoying I get 127.255.255.255 all over ban user submit box how do I know person really ban.
