Hello members and staff, I have tried to make a Zetaboard forum and it didn't go so well. I entered all the details right and I clicked the button to make the forum, and the next page said "Database error". Is the signup down? Please help. - Ryan J Barrett |

It seems like this is an error on ZB's end. You will have to wait for Brandon to fix the error so you can register a forum. You might be able to work around this error by registering an Invisionfree forum then setting it to convert to Zetaboards via the acp. |

The reason you could not convert your InvisionFree board is that conversions are temporarily unavailable due to the server upgrades. Conversion ability should resume sometime within this coming week. I've just created a new ZetaBoards forum without an issue, so we will need to track down what is preventing your registration. Please open a personal support ticket so we can determine what might be blocking you from opening a new ZetaBoard. |

Generally, you can expect a response within a day. However, being the holiday weekend, staff activity is a bit thin, so it might take a little longer. By any chance, could you have forgotten to check the TOS agreement box at the bottom of the form? Edited by Helena, Jan 4 2012, 10:06 PM.
