BBCodes not working & other issues

The BBCodes are enabled on the forum, but they are not working properly.
Also, the portal is enabled as the homepage, but it's not visible.

Could you please describe where you are trying to use BBCode, what BBCode you're trying to use, and how it isn't working "properly"?
Additionally, could you link us to your board? (This is generally good practise for all support topics - the one linked to in your profile seems to be deleted or renamed.)

I've tried to use the bold text, in posts and the font colors at http://w11.zetaboards.com/mjdancenmachine

EDIT: None of the text BBCodes are working properly, i.e, the bold text, italic, font colors, etc.

If you could submit a ticket from your Admin CP, we'll request access to your board and attempt to duplicate then resolve the error.
