Mod Name: Reviews Generator
Description: Generates a reviews template for your board.
Preview/Screenshot In Use: Posted Image Posted Image

I'm very sorry, but I couldn't program it online. I just wasn't capable... I promiss, that if this download link contains a virus, you may ban me, my IP and PD. Throw all your virus checks on it and check up on me. You won't find anything ;)

This generator is meant for reviews staff of Phantom Designs and people who have a reviews section at their own board. Download it here:

http://h1.ripway.com/DuveauX/PDDSinstaller.exe

I respect if you're very carefull, but I also respect it if you thrust me (or throw in your virusscane before downloading). It won't contain a virus!

If you give me your permission, and a bit of credit, I'll code an online version in PHP for you. PM me if you want to :)

It's nice for reviews or review based forums, but otherwise this is pretty pointless. Nice job though :) I suggest you have Myr code you an Online version, so that people don't have to download it aswell.

Made in gamemaker? Wow. That's a good mod, and Myr's PhP version will kick ass.

IMO GML is way easier then PHP... This just collects vars and pasts it into a template. Not stuff with a HTML form and complicated posts and get results :S

Though I do want to learn that, because people DO thrust them online geny's..

I'm moving this topic to the Computing & Technology, since it isn't really a modification.

Hmmm, i like the idea and it will be very useful for reviews staff. It will be even better in PHP though. I made and awards assistant (much like My Assistant) which allows my award team to carry out all of their required jobs in one window. Check their moderation areas, make new polls with nominees and so on.

But your application shows real potential :D
Good Luck With It!

Nice. Making a PHP version would be better though

As Myr and Surferdude have both said, PHP would probably be much more effective than an exe. PHP pages can be viewed on every PC with a web-browser and an internet connection and it's not that easy with an exe.

I'll be waiting to see what Myr comes up with, although it's an easy task...

His job is done.. It looks good, though I have been looking for a free host supporting PHP. I have found one, I just need to get accepted :)
