Hello! I've got a question: how do I enable HTML when sending bulk e-mails to my members? Whenever I include HTML tags and click on 'preview', it shows up correctly, but when I go ahead and send it and look at it in my e-mail, there's no HTML at all. My members told me that they don't see the HTML either. Any way to enable it? Thanks! |

Hello, Unfortunately the problem isn't on InvisionFree's end, and it's on the email company's end. Email's don't accept HTML inside of their emails, and instead just style the text. So there isn't really a way to add it through InvisionFree because it doesn't use tags to style font. ~ Zachie |
