I have a sony digital camera (well actually Im borrowing it) and I want to use it as a web camera for MSN but it dosent seem to work.

Ive searched on the web for the drives but I cannot find any.

I have connect the USB to my computer and my camera but when I turn it on it only says USB mode (unless I change it to another online mode which makes it removed from my computer)

My model number is: DCR-TRV33E

My uncle has used it on MSN as a webcam so I know its possible but he dosent seem to remember what he did.

You shouldn't actually have to do anything, except maybe run the Add New Hardware wizard. Otherwise, mine just started right up.

It normally pops up whenever the hardware is first plugged in, in XP. Is that what you're using?

Hmmm, maybe something isn't working in MSN then. Sort through your setting for that and see what you can find?
