I paid for ad removal last night using pay pal and it always removes ads within a few mins.. I still have ads., I did put in a support ticket through my admin control, just wondering how long will it take for someone to fix the problem. I did include my transaction info from pay pal..

My members are screaming about the ads lol
any help would be much appreciated

I received a response on my support ticket early yesterday, said they were going to activate my pay pal transaction to remove ads, but I still have ads. Does it usually take so long??

Is anybody else with a problem regarding ad removal? I paid yesterday, it has not been activated. Last time about 4 months ago it worked straight off in about a minute.

It is a problem with the connection through to Paypal.

If you submit a Sales Ticket from your Admin CP, with your transaction ID and the amount of your purchase, Brian will activate it for you as quickly as possible.

I guess you just have to wait, I paid for ad removal and submitted a support ticket 3 days ago but haven't had a reply yet.

I have the transaction number if anyone can help?

Transaction number; 50X74336586633353

I'd appreciate any help at all. :)

Pete I am not pressuring you. I know you are all volunteers.

Does this help?

Giving any of us who are not Brian a transaction ID unfortunately won't do any good, as only he can get it activated by passing the details over to Brandon[1] who then works on getting the credits activated. That is also why responses and resolutions take longer than desired, as it's not as simple to activate as compared to ZetaBoards, where any of the staff here can just assign Premium and Ad Credits when necessary. If we were capable to do the same with InvisionFree we would love do so, but alas such are the restrictions caused by an old software that Brandon didn't develop from scratch like he did so with ZetaBoards.

Hopefully PayPal get their arses in gear to get this fixed sooner rather than later, but given their current track record on taking their time with this I wouldn't like to suggest expecting anything from them soon.
[1] He says he passes them on, and while I've not read explicitly it's Brandon, there's no one else I can think of who'd be dealing with it, not on the ZNS staff at least
