‘Tis the season to be jolly, and the activity and morale of the Skin Zone reflect it. All of our fellow SZ’ers seem to be fairly joyous on this occasion. The Christmas lights hanging across the forums, as well as various Santa Clause and other decorations have done well for the atmosphere. The Christmas tree, adorned with various trinkets sends an aroma pleasing to all within its range. The several gifts under the tree serve as a kind reminder to how fortunate we all are and how Christmas is just as much about giving as receiving. Groups of friends sat together drinking eggnog, while some lonesome SZ’ers could be found lingering somewhere around the mistletoe hoping for a special someone to come by. Several of the younger SZ’ers could be seen paying suspicious attention to the gifts under and around the Christmas tree; a few of the more eager of them picked up wrapped boxes and shook them, listening carefully to figure out what might be inside. Spam and flaming were way down, leaving the Staff in a more festive spirit than usual. The Elites enjoyed their own private Christmas parties and White Elephant gift exchanges. And now we turn our attention to the one group of people who aren’t so happy about the holidays, the Request Assistants. The Graphic & Skin Request forums were left with a large backlog of requests, leaving the RA’s with a hefty workload to deal with over the holidays. Disgruntled and overworked, the RA’s certainly were not enjoying the time that all others seemed to rejoice in. No one took much notice of this until Christmas morning. The young SZ’ers were the first up and out of bed, ready to receive – only what they saw, seemed to be more of a practical joke than anything. All of the gifts under the tree were missing! As the rest of the SZ’ers became aware of this mishap, it became exceedingly clear that one of the SZ Request Assistants was responsible for the missing gifts. It is impossible to pinpoint who exactly is guilty. One of our very own Request Assistants is an SZ ‘Grinch’. Only by targeting exactly who the Grinch is can we get back our gifts and save Christmas – and we need you to do that for us. Soon after we discovered that the gifts were missing, we were tipped off by an anonymous user that the missing gifts have been hidden in various places across the SZ and that the guilty RA was provoked to do this by ungrateful members in the Completed Requests forum during the holiday when thanks is due.

The Rules

  • Only members and Elites may participate.
  • The answers or hints to our clues may not be posted on the forum. These comments will be removed and the offending member(s) will be warned.
  • Investigations of the mystery must be performed alone. We ask that you not use partners or share information with others.
  • The first member to figure out who the Grinch is and find all of the missing gifts must PM Trav-man with the answers, as well as an explanation of all of the clues leading up to them.
  • If you should win this contest, or if you find out about someone else who has, do not make any comment indicating so. Winners will be announced on December 25th, Christmas Day, and should be kept a secret until then. We would not want to discourage anyone else from participating.

Anyone can enter. :)

By the way, as of now, I do not have any 'prizes' planned for the winners of this contest. I may have something set up, but the game should be for fun, not advertising or a post boost or something like that. :)

Do we need to be at the SZ for a long time to actually discover the SZ Grinch and do we need to have some relations with the RA ?

No, you will not need to have any connection to the guilty RA, but being familiar with InvisionFree and the SZ should prove very helpful to you in your investigation.
