Board Address: http://sandysplace.org/index/ Board Software: Zetaboards Description: I need a code that will resize all the fonts in the forum, something like Cory's text resizer.. that one only does the posts, I could use something that will resize all the section headers, topic titles, descriptions etc. I've got a few members who's eyesight is pretty bad for various reasons, so this would be a great help if it can be done. I thought I saw a code like this a few months ago, but I can't find it anywhere, unless it's buried in another topic somewhere. Edited by SandyC, Jun 17 2012, 08:19 AM.

Okay, got it installed, but there's at least 2 themes it doesn't seem to work on, Forum Deco and Forum 2 Forum are the two at present.. it's working well on the Dolphin Theme and Kiwi Goth.. I meant to ask how to make the + and - a bit bolder on the themes it is working on.. can it be done?... Edited by SandyC, Jul 5 2012, 08:32 AM.

The submenu needs to be present in a theme in order for the plus and minus symbols to be added. The trick is to add an empty DIV with the ID of 'submenu' to your Theme Layout, where it goes depends on where you want it to appear.
You can use that to control the font size and weight. It can either go in the CSS of a theme to affect that theme only or the Javascripts wrapper in between the style tags to affect all themes:

If a submenu isn't present in a theme, you need to add the empty DIV to the Theme Layout so the plus and minus symbols will be added to that theme. |

Ohh okay, so: <div id="submenu"></div> needs to be added to the theme layout of the themes that aren't showing a + or - This old fella is pretty clueless when it comes to codes, so I need it all dumbed down, lol... |

That will bold the plus and minus symbols. That will change the font size, but you have to change the number sign to the amount of pixels you want the font to be. They are 18px by default. The strip you posted must be added to every Edit Theme Appearance to affect all themes, or you can simply insert the snippet of CSS I posted above in between the style tags to the Javascripts wrapper of the Board Template to affect all themes. |

I put: <div id="submenu"></div> into the top of a layout that wasn't showing a + or - but nothing, do I have to add font-weight: 700; font-size: #px !important; to the CSS? |

Cafe Eclectic, it was one of the 3 themes that wasn't showing the + and - after I put the code in from the link you gave.. the other two themes it's not working in are Forum Deco and Wild Heart, otherwise the code in your other thread seems to be working fine on all the other themes... |
