Howdy folks... I've never heard and or seen of IF before...and am so far impressed, but confused. How are the graphics for the skins hosted. I DLLD a skin, then realised there was no graphics download, The graphics are hosted elsewhere...I'm sorry if this is a DUH question... But bettter to ask and look stupid, than not ask and be wrong. How does all this work? Peace and brownies |

you dont need to download anything for a skin, unless you want buttons and markers, all the image links are already in the CSS, which you paste into the "manage style-sheets" section of your admin control panel. If you do want buttons and markers then look here for a tutorial on how to do it: http://forums.ifskinzone.net/index.php?showtopic=89102 |

If you downloaded a skin it was likely for Invision Power Board, not Invision Free, they are two seperate entities. |

If the links to graphics are in the CSS you don't need to worry about hosting them, if you are indeed, worried, contact the skins creator and ask him if he will allow you to host them yourself. |

yeah, the graphics are hosted at other places. Here check this out: http://forums.ifskinzone.net/index.php?showtopic=21776 This way the images don't take a lot of bandwidth from the server. |

Unfortunately, no there isn't. Just don't change your skin very often then you'll only have to do it once or twice
