Board Address: http://s13.zetaboards.com/EXG
Board Software: Zetaboards
Description: Our forum has recently been expanded with a brand new Gaming Community. Things tend to get abit unorganized therefore I am looking for a code whom enables to add Tags to the topic title. For instance;

[DN] Brand new Update!
[GW2] Brand new Update!
[OFF] Count to 10.000

DN = Dragon Nest
GW2 = Guild Wars 2
OFF = Offtopic.

I tried the code regarding coloring topic titles, although the color code does show up on the breadcrumbs sadly.. I do hope you guys can help me out on this one!

So you're looking for a prefix?

Can't you just use an autotool for that? We do on our board.

Exactly Silvershoes! It would make it more easier and thus encouraging for members to use it. Perhaps a small image infront of the topic title or something otherwise just plain text!

What do you exactly mean by '' autotool '' ?

If you want your users to set the topic prefix when they post, try this script. If you look at the preview, it uses small images.

If you want admins to be able to mark the topics later (like if the users forget), then use a topic autotool. You create them in your admin control panel and they're fairly straightforward. Just upload the images you want to use for each one, and set the location of the image in the "prefix" field. For example,

Code:

<img src="http://z3.ifrm.com/numbers/xxx/confirmed.png">

The nice thing about autotools is you can mark a bunch of topics at once without going into each topic. ;)

As for what exactly autotools are, here's the documentation.

Hope this helps.

This request has gone a lengthy period of time without any new activity, therefore it is being marked as expired. This means that the request was typically too time-consuming or irritating for coders (who provide this service voluntarily in their free time) to complete.

Thank you.
