Could anyone help me generate a code that would enable Flickr slideshows into my forum? Flickr instructs me to use this code but unfortunately it doesn't work. <object width="400" height="300"> <param name="flashvars" value="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2Fwildwhippies%2Fsets%2F72157631553602645%2Fshow%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2Fwildwhippies%2Fsets%2F72157631553602645%2F&set_id=72157631553602645&jump_to="></param> <param name="movie" value="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=122138"></param> <param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><embed type="application/x-shockwave-flash" src="http://www.flickr.com/apps/slideshow/show.swf?v=122138" allowFullScreen="true" flashvars="offsite=true&lang=en-us&page_show_url=%2Fphotos%2Fwildwhippies%2Fsets%2F72157631553602645%2Fshow%2F&page_show_back_url=%2Fphotos%2Fwildwhippies%2Fsets%2F72157631553602645%2F&set_id=72157631553602645&jump_to=" width="400" height="300"></embed></object> It would be a huge help and substantially quicked than linking every image onto the forum. Many thanks. |

Preview: Here's how to do it: 1) Take the embed code from Flickr. We don't care about anything except the part that starts with <embed type and ends with </embed>.
2) Take the value after src=" and before " allowFullScreen, making sure to remove any quotations.
3) Add one of these to the end: &
4) From Step 1, take the value after flashvars=" and before " width, making sure to remove any quotations, and add it to the end of what we have from Step 3.
5) From Step 4, add [flash] to the beginning and [/flash] to the end.
Optional) Replace [flash] with [flash=XXX,YYY]. Replace "XXX" with the width and "YYY" with the height you want your slideshow to be. I'll use the one I posted as the example.
And that's what you put in your post.
