I am not really a support person and I will try and get one of the support team members to see if they have any ideas if this doesn't work. If you have control of the domain (or you can talk to the person that does), create a sub domain (such as forums.jeepfreek.com) and make that the domain for the board (in the domain settings of the ACP). Because of issue you may also need to make a redirect with the domain so that www.forums.jeepfreek.com directs to forums.jeepfreek.com). I hope this helped and was clear. Okay turns out I am wrong on the issue, I will leave this to the blues, sorry for the inconvenience. P.S. Nice to see a fellow Jeep fan.

Hi there. As of right now there is no official support for using your boards on mobile devices. It is something that is being worked on. However, I am able to access both links just fine (and even post replies on my test board) from an iPhone (running iOS 6.0.1). It might be, for whatever reason, that older versions of the software are the reason for these errors. Double check with the users that are unable to view the board with their iOS devices to see what version of the OS they're running. If they are running anything below iOS 6.0.1 (they can check this by going into Settings -> General -> About -> Version) advise them that the issue could be because of that. |

Like Roby I can view your board without difficulty, but I am also using iOS 6.0.1 on my devices. If for some reason your users cannot upgrade to the latest OS for their device you could try recommending the Chrome browser for iPhone and iPad. This might allow access to your board on older versions of iOS where Safari is still cranky. Cranky Safari.
