Lost Access to Admin & Email Associated; password reset sent to board email instead?

Hi,
I started two invisionfree boards many years ago, however I have lost access to admin (after many years, i have forgotten the password & the email associated). They are no longer active, can they be deleted by someone at invisionfree?
If they're not able to be deleted by someone at invisionfree, while I don't remember the email associated with the admin account, I still use the email associated with the board. Can a password reset be sent there instead?

P.S. Already sent a Support Ticket using another board, but rather than waiting a million years, thought I'd ask here too.

From what I recall, the email you used to sign up the board is the same for both the board and your account. So unless you changed either email, it should work to send a password recovery in. If that does not work, then just stick with the support ticket you opened up. Just be aware that restorations can take a long time. In my case, I waited two years for the same thing you are inquiring about.

Thanks. Yeah I'm pretty sure the emails are different (I must have changed it at some stage) as I don't receive password recovery emails. I keep receiving new member registrations though. It's a bit frustrating as I tried the support ticket option a year or more ago and waited and waited...So trying again now. 2 years though!?
Any other options?

If found, please report missing.

I do recall changes being made to the process of resetting forgotten emails via support tickets. Unless it has changed again recently, or there are other issues, it shouldn't be too long. :)
