Board Address: http://w11.zetaboards.com/GZTest/index/
Board Software: ZetaBoards
Description: I need a code that separates the th elements from their tables.
I need them to be more like the h2 is to the category: I can add borders and backgrounds to the .category that don't effect the h2. I need to be able to add borders to the .posts and other such tables without effecting those tables' th's. I want the th to act kind of like the h2 does on the index page.

Thank you in advance!

I'm sorry, I think I mixed up the .th and the thead. I need the thead to be separate from its tables.

You can designate the tbody instead of the thead to exclude the header cell, for example:
Code:

table.posts tbody th:first-child, table.posts tbody td:first-child {
border-left-color: #000;
}

table.posts tbody th:last-child, table.posts tbody td:last-child {
border-right-color: #000;
}

table.posts tbody tr:first-child th {
border-top-color: #000;
}

table.posts tbody tr:last-child td {
border-bottom-color: #000;
}
