light blue color in the portal tablepads

Exactly as I said, for some reason about all but one of the boxes in our portal are filled with a light blue color. I've checked what the hex code should look like and can't find it anywhere in the code, so it's really throwing me off. I've set a ton of stuff to transparent and still don't understand why they are blue. I'll break it up and just give you the entire code because I don't know where the problem is.
