One of the members of our board is having problems with signatures being misaligned, as seen in this picture:

Spoiler: click to toggle

He uses Chrome (as do several other members) and the problem just started for him on Tuesday. Anyone know why this seems to be happening for him and what can be done to fix it?

Did Chrome update Tuesday, does he know?

I know it's hard to tell sometimes with auto updates, but if the problem is confined to Chrome and nobody else has a problem, it's a likely suspect.

Hmm, I'll have to ask him when he comes online.
He said that there haven't even been any auto updates in weeks.

Also, he's only having this problem on our board, nowhere else.

Not so. See here. Chrome updates frequently, which is both a blessing and a curse.

I do believe that your user sees the change on your board, but that doesn't mean the board's at fault.

I suspect you'll have to dig further, but the real question is what changed during that time period. If you made a change to the board, that change would be a suspect, although a change like that should affect everyone not just one browser. But if you didn't make a change, then you have to look at other causes.

Good luck. :)

I would ask the member to view the board using a different browser and see if it's ok. The members on my board often have board viewing issues when using Google Chrome.
