Not true. It is both the character and the player. While one player using Hwoarang could beat another using Yoshimitzu, they may not be able to using Eddie.

Well, a true player is good at all characters.

Just like a true gamer is good at all games.

But a true player may be better at using a character simply because they use it more often through personal preference.

I don't think a true gamer would play, say,Road Trip Adventure as much as Need for Speed: Underground 2

I don't think that's relevant seeing as how I was referring to skill and not preference.

Like I said, more skilful with one character than another simply because they prefer to play with that character and do so more often.
