I bought some size 8 shoes, Dr. Sholls (Are you gellin?) for
$30! That to me was a rip off, cause they're no better on the feet than my other out-rageously priced shoes. I dont even think I'm a size 8... I think Im probably more than that, but 8's still fit so oh well.

I cant remember the last time I've gotten a pair of shoes that cost under $100 (canadian)

Here's a thought, buy the non brand named pair of jeans and sow in the brand name. :ermm:

Or if your like me you'd rather buy the bargain priced as I don't really care if they are designer. I just want good looking shirts which can be found cheaply.

I really don't care if I look good according to what other people think, so I just put on and buy what I think looks nice, and if they don't think I look good in them....*-* them. :P

I wear things from Walmart, Old Navy, JCPenny, TJMax, Target.

Anywhere that sells good clothes cheap.

Does noone shop at Sears, JC Pennys, or Nordstrom?

I wear $5 jeans, Levi's 550, from Sears (although that low price is from my Moms discount). But I have had them for three years, due to my unfathomable power to not grow. And I wear skate T-shirts, $40 for three shirts. The most expensive thing I wear are my shoes, $65.

It's not that I hate stores like this, it's just I dislike them to the fullest extent. Some of these clothes going for these ridiculous prices aren't even good quality wear. I went into Abercrombie and Fitch for some christmas shopping a few weeks back, and these clothes are made so thin! A shirt for $30 and I could see right through it, and it would have ripped by touch of finger nail! I personally like my clothes to last longer then the first time I put it in the wash.

I agree with the AE trashing. Those prep stores lay out insane prices for their clothing. :ermm:

Myself, I tend to buy clothes at "second-hand" stores; the most expensive clothing store I'll shop it is probably Pac Sun.

I just like the clothes. and maybe the name <_<

I love American Eagle, but they are too expensive =[. I need to order jeans from there, and like for 2 pairs that I want, its like $92.

I think that wearing the brand names themselves is a disgrace. If you wear a brand name like that, people will look at you like you're spoiled or enjoy burning money as a past time. Just buy clothes that you like the quality and price of.

I used to think that Abercrombie jeans were the only ones that fit me (thank God I never bought them), but I can't stand any of those overly priced preppy stores. :( I shop at Alloy instead. =D Sometimes Pacsun has something worth buying, but rarely. :/

Well I live in the UK, and ive never been into those shops. But, there are shops around here like that and its like £50 for a hoodie wtf o.O

Most of the clothes I have these days are from TK Maxx, its probably similar to TJ Maxx I heard GDF and Demockracy talk about =D

That's the point, shopping at Abercrombie doesn't mean you dress nicer. What can possibly drive someone to pay 60 bucks for a tee shirt?
Go one year without buying any expensive tee shirts, you would have enough money for a car.

I got like 6 shirts from Hot Topic and paid like $80...

I NEVER spend more than $100 on clothes, unless I've got like 2 pairs of jeans, a dress shirt, a couple just plain shirts...the occasional hat pushes it to maybe $110. I love walmart.

Fashion in America these days sickens me to some extent. So much of our society has become obsessed with wearing a certain piece of clothing and paying outrageous prices for it, just because it displays a certain logo or brand name. It's extremely shallow and lacks logic. You're better than me because you are wearing all of the {insert brand here} clothes? Sometimes I believe the world is designed to exclude half of its population, or treat them as dirt because of shallow aspects.

I'm perfectly content with my basic T-shirt / sweatpants / hoodie. :S I can get 5 of one of them for less than one shirt at those stores, and I really don't care.
