I've created a role-play forum and i'm having a little problem about the Tittles/Ranks (not the tag but the ones with a picture or sort of a logo) that I plan to put under each members' avatar. I've tried to make a Group and use a Group Icon but members of that Group will have different levels (e.g. Level 0, Level 1, Level 2 etc). I'm worried that if I add them to that group, the Icon I set for that Group will be used by each member in there. I did some test and it really did. So, what I want to happen is that even if two members are in the same Group, I want to make their Tittles/Ranks different like this one: Example Please spare me some help. >.< |

How would you deem the image increases? Per amount of posts? One way to do it, would be create two groups with the same name and simply change the icon in the settings (Admin CP > Users & Groups > Groups), but that might create hassle when you want to update someone - figuring out which one to give them. |

They won't be promoted to the next level. Once given a level, it stays there. Also, is that the only way ? I am honestly trying to avoid that but if I have to do it then I will. I do know how to keep things in order and I wouldn't be confused with two Groups having the same name. Though another problem I thinking is that when it's like that, wouldn't both Groups appear at the Board Statistics ? |

If they are not being promoted by post count, then that is the best way. Create 4 identical groups and assign each one its own badge. Then manually move users to the appropriate badge group via the edit member page in the AdminCP when appropriate. Alternately, you could use a code that lets you edit (basically replace) the group icon. The draw backs of that is that you have to edit your board template each time, and you'll get a bit of lag or flash while the javascript executes. |

I see. I'll just create identical Groups instead. Thanks for the tips !
