Hey staff, I recently received an e-mail from the old founder of my board that we were rebuilding the forums. I was able to login using my ACP access, and am able to edit whatever I want, albeit the board name and deletion of forum stuff, as a non-root should not be able to. ![]() My issue is that whenever I click [Return to Board] to view the actual board, I get the error message:
My line of thought is perhaps he has changed the board URL, and I'm logging into an old version of the ACP somehow through the actual board ID. If the board has changed, could you please let me know the updated address? The only way I have to contact him is through the board, as the board email is a DNR one. If it helps, my board ID # is 6030497. Thanks all!

I'm assuming the board is the one in your profile, since that appears to work just fine for me... Off topic: is this the New Generations board with Ferby as a co admin? |

If a board is deleted, access to its Admin CP should no longer work. Judging from what you've mentioned, this is going to be best dealt with in a Support Ticket as we (the support team) can request Admin CP access to investigate the issue thoroughly, something that can't be accomplished via a public support topic (due to obvious security reasons). |

Support ticket has been created, Moonface. ![]() I have updated the Support account and created a new password, which is available within the Support Ticket. Thank you for your prompt response. This problem was related to a third party code that was created to block an account from accessing the board. The user found and removed the code and the problem was resolved. |
