I've been looking in controls to see if I can remove the 'Edited By' that appears when we edit a post. Even if you edit it seconds later, it still appears. I can't find anywhere to alter this. Is there a way it can be done?

Indeed you can.
Users and Groups > Groups
From here click on the name of each group(s) you wish to be able to bypass edit notice and choose yes.

Then that group should be able to choose not to display that they edited the post.
You have to tick the box off before you click "Edit Post" though.

Thanks Zankuro. I've done that and now staff can edit posts without it showing if they wish to do so ^_^
