I must've pressed the wrong button which is why the sub links aren't showing up? Is there a reason for this

If WGE is your board it's offline. Not guaranteeing I can fix it for you, but not much I can do without access either.

Seems like you just deleted the links.
I may be wrong though.
Your submenu is there, that is where "search" is.

I meant for example, like this

ZetaBoards & InvisionFree → ZetaBoards Support & Resources → ZetaBoards Support → Problem with sub links → Posting reply to Problem with sub links

Oh, Navigation bar..

Were you messing with the CSS?

It would most likely be caused by `<!--NAV-->` being removed or the `display` of the `#nav` was set to `none`. I can't think of any other issue. Is the problem still appearing?

I took a look at your board's code and it seems like it isn't there at all. I can't see any codes that are removing it which must means it must be missing from your theme's layout. Go to Admin CP > Themes > Theme Layout and place `<!--NAV-->` under `<!--SUBMENU-->`. That should fix the problem :)
