Member registration problem

I;ve got registration set to email validation, but one of my users has said she hasn;t got one. She's done the usual, checked spam etc but it's not there. Any ideas what I can do? I can't pre-register her because her name is taken, dunno what to do.

You can validate her registration manually in your Admin CP here:

AdminCP > Menu > Users & Groups > Authorization List

Alternately, you can search her username here:

AdminCP > Menu > Users & Groups > Member Search

and edit her group

Thanks Helena I edited her group. Strange thing is, she's not showing as my newest registered member. The lady who registered before her is, if that makes sense. :ermm:

That's likely because the validation was not completed since you edited her member group instead of the first option.

If its important to you to have her show as the most recent member, you would need to delete her account and have her register again.
