Having a look at Jcink, there are some great features that I;d like to see with zetaboards: Hack logs Delete shouts by user The affiliates system: Lock ACP Search engine spiders Arcade There is something called an *army system* A quiz panel would be good, (not sure how that works though) Take a look here: http://jcink.com/index.php?p=features Any chance of any of these being added at any time?

Shoutbox comments can already be deleted by both the author, and staff members. So I'm not sure what you're asking with the delete shouts by user, unless you mean delete all shoutbox comments by a particular user at once. No idea what use the Army system would have because the page you linked doesn't explain squat. Is it for role-playing? How would locking the Admin CP work too? Does it lock everyone out, and if so, why would you want to lock everyone out from using it? May as well just demote people to global moderators. If someone wants to over ride it, can they? If not, that could be problematic if one user locks it down for a long time maliciously, and then no one can get it removed to fix it. Sure, maybe that's something a support ticket can handle but then you've got to make a new board to submit a ticket. Not exactly an ideal system at that point, although it probably wouldn't be incredibly common either. Also it bugs me that the entire Jcink features page is an image. Is it really that hard to write a proper page rather than being lazy and grabbing screenshots? Also makes it a pain to search because CTRL + F won't work with an image. -_- |

Moon a user wouldn't be able to lock the ACP would they? That's for admin. And the point of that would for extra security I suppose, so for instance if you are on holiday, and have no other admin, then your board is secure.. As for the army bit I have no idea at all about that, it was just a suggestion. I guessed this idea would go down like a lead balloon but no harm in asking eh.

By user I mean an admin. I think the lock down part would be better though if it applied to an entire account. Just because I can't get into your Admin CP when on your account doesn't stop me wreaking havoc on your board, because I'd still be able to delete topics and posts. So it would work better to restrict the entire account so that it can't use any staff tools inside and outside the Admin CP. |

It would be good to see a few new things in the ACP, at present I've only found the option for members to start their own blogs, a few extra things like possibly an arcade for instance would be a handy add on, especially if admins could choose what they want from it.. IMHO all forums need to be able to change with the times to get and keep members, no changes can be made if there's nothing to change up to... |

Do you think we can get ranks for zetaboards? Example: 10 posts, Newbie *IMAGE HERE* 25 posts, Class A *IMAGE HERE* Also, it'd be cool if we could get a custom BBcode feature Newest posts | Top Active Users | Newest Registered Users Edited by 88b88power, May 5 2014, 09:59 PM.

You seem to be asking for things that already exist. You can make ranks have specific images per rank, instead of just using a generic pip image. Just go to Admin CP >> Users & Groups >> Titles, and edit an existing title. Then just use the "Use a single item badge" option to use a specific image for that rank. There is also the CLASS BBCode that can be used to make custom BBCode using CSS. For example:
Will produce a result where writing [class=floatleft]content[/class] will result in text or images floating left within posts. Newest posts exists here: http://if.invisionfree.com/stats/feed Newest registered users is essentially just this but I presume you want it displayed elsewhere or differently than as a member list option: http://if.invisionfree.com/members/?search_type=start&name=&group=0&sort=join_unix&order=d Edited by Moonface, May 5 2014, 10:00 PM.

There is already a user legend showing what each group in the users online list is. Unless you mean a Members Online Today feature. Edited by Moonface, May 5 2014, 10:01 PM.

Member legend shows the different colours for admins, mods and members, at present it needs a code just as the members online over the last 24 hours.. It would be handy having both built in rather than codes... |

What at present for the member legend needs a code? It already shows the different colours for admins, mods, and members as standard. |

Only when someone from that group is online. If there are no admins or mods on, it doesn't show their colours. I think that's fine how it is, though. As mentioned earlier, that can be easily changed with a code. I would rather Brandon spend his limited time on something that can not be fixed with a code, such as my spam filter request for example.
