Are there likely to be any new themes added for premium users? I;m thinking of seasonal themes in particular. Thanks. :)

If you'd like to list some of the themes you are interested in, we can see about getting them in the update queue.

Just a note: Themes that are not already in the Recommended Galleries will not be added to the Resource Database, so check that before posting.

You can see why by clicking the preview on the first link sugarpuff provided. But generally, themes in the regular galleries are likely not to have full image sets or be free of installation issues.

I haven't seen any new themes added since the RDB was started, so on that point I agree with the OP, it would be nice to see more added..

Plague o' Pumpkins has been submitted for approval to the RDB.

Before you ask :) , there is no projected add-date for this or any other submitted theme. Some themes submitted may not be accepted if they are deemed to have problematic coding or difficult editing requirements.

You'll be happy to know that Gothesque is already in the queue.

Tidy Blue will probably not be added because of browser compatibility display issues that we just couldn't work out at the time of conversion. (Tidy Blue was orginally made as an experimental CSS image theme for InvisionFree.) Although things have changed a bit in the time since it was made. it looks fairly ok in IE11 now. Its a mess in IE8.

Well, it actually only takes a couple of minutes if you can use the browser developer tools codes to transfer images. :) I try to include an HTML image page with my theme releases so users can do that. But not all themes provide that option, so the main work in installing a theme is hosting all the images and then installing them one by one in the image page. That's the real benefit of the RDB one-click installation.

Yeah that is all well if you have a premium board which i don't, personally i don't see the point in it. Yes you can upload themes and images but so can i and the team i have on my free zeta board, 30 minutes from seeing it, uploading to a host to having it fully installed on your site isn't bad at all considering some take ages to do cause of the resources they don't have. But i agree what you use is a great idea and people love it, but some of us less premiums folk lol have to do it the old fashioned way, but it works. And it is fun.

You don't need a premium board to use the developer tool image transfer method. Anyone can use that. If you are not familiar with it, you can read about it here: http://if.invisionfree.com/topic/5130380

As you say, 30 minutes is not a huge deal, but for those unfamiliar with theme installation, it can sometimes take a lot longer than that. Some user have to first learn how to unzip a file, then learn how to host their images, and then---they can start installing. (Assuming they've been able to find the correct ACP pages and have figured out how to submit edits.)
