M is for Mod

Try this:

You may need to ask for a modification of it, but I think it would work for your purpose.

If not that, do you mean something more like the one I have on my board here?

http://rpg.framecrash.com/index/

Code:

<script type="text/javascript">
function addTD(categoryID, image) {
$('div[id="cat-' + categoryID + '"] table.forums tbody').prepend('<tr><td colspan="5" align="center"><img src="' + image + '" alt="" /></td></tr>');
}

addTD("54619", "http://i40.photobucket.com/albums/e237/TurinuZ/FrameCrash/generalheader.png");
</script>

All you'll need to edit is this part:

addTD("SECTION NUMBER GOES HERE", "IMAGE LINK GODES HERE");
