Sidebar; I need help with my Sidebar

Hello guys.
First here is link of my forum : http://s13.zetaboards.com/ComeAtUs/index/
Check my sidebar. I want to add some more &#^^s to my sidebar ( like Members, Calendar etc...).
I want sidebar like this one at http://www.tip.it/runescape/. I need way more things in the sidebar but i do NOT know how to add them to my sidebar. Please try to help me.

Edit: You also seem to have made some errors with the Theme Layout. My suggestion is to copy the Theme Layout from the theme topic once again.

Do you want them added where there is a yellow left border? If so, try the following:
Admin CP > Themes > Edit Theme Layout (at the very bottom)
