Right now my friend is gonna help me out soon.

But right now, I do 400 crunches a day, 200 in morning, 200 at night.

I actually told you this yesterday, I wonder if that inspired this topic..hmmm.
Well every morning and night I do 100 sit ups and 50 push ups. Which adds up to 200 sit-ups and 100 push-ups a day. Now when I'm at the gym...

I start off by running 3 miles. After doing that I hit the weights. Now, depending on if it's a lower-body work out day or an upper-body work out day I start off with the leg press (box squat) or the bench press. I work out 6 days a week so it's not good to do a full body work out all six days. It's better to switch off between upper and lower body.

Anyway, I won't get into the specifics of my work out. It'd take too long to type and honestly I'm too lazy to put it here ^_^

I'm currently out of shape. I haven't played sports in two years and the only physical exercise I get is at work. I used to lift weights and perform basic exercises like sit ups, push ups, etc. I need to get back in shape.

I do around 400 crunches and 200 push-ups at school each day. Then run 1.5 to 2 miles. After that comes basketball practice, and then I lift weights at home.

I do Crew conditioning for 2 hours Monday and Wednesday-Saturday, and every Thursday I do fencing, which is generally enough of a workout for me.

I do different exercises on alternate days.

On Day 1: Two sets of 10 Pull-ups, Push-Ups, Hanging Leg Raises and Handstand Push-ups. Then one set of 25 Bicep Curls and Tricep Curls (Along with jabbing 50 times with weights in hand) with a pair of 6kg Dumbells.

Day 2: Undecided, but I believe it will include pulldowns as well as "pushes" (I do not know the name) with 15kg, 25kg and 35kg of weight. Then some lifts with my legs of around 5kg. Some Flys and lift-up-things with the Dumbells. I also do 4 sets of 25 sit-ups on an inverted board with makes them harder, and 4 sets of 25 Dorsal raises on the floor.

I get good lower-body and cardio during my actual sports.

I work out Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday by lifting weights. I can bench press around 135 - 140, and squat like 170

but on Monday and Thursdays, I do upper body. Like bench pressing, military press, and so on.

On Tuesdays and Fridays I do lower body. Back/Front squats, hang pulls, and so on :)

Almost every night I do at least 100 crunches and around 50 push ups.

I just switch hands with a dumbell while on the computer. :S

Well hey, that's like six hours of dumbell training on weekdays, and a whole crap load on week-ends. :haha:

No real work out here, just some basic weight lifting. I use to refer to it as working out though.
