I don't mean literally one arm. I mean the bones in my right arm are mush. I did a few lower body workouts after it happened, but the motivation escaped me, since being more in shape no longer affected my athletic life whatsoever. |

I workout a lot. I have this hour long stretching program I made to increase flexibility and stuff, just lots of stretches. Then when I get to school I do some weight lifting for 1st period, so for that I: Run about a hour and a half up and down the bleachers. Bench (I can only do 95 lbs right now, I'm hoping to increase that soon) Clean (105 lbs as of now) Squats (I have really bad knees so I have a lot of trouble on these, I can do about 65 lbs) Dot Drill (My favorite. I can do a whole routine in 50 sec, most people can only do it in over a min. So thats good) Lots of pushups and sit ups Dumbells (usually 25 or 30 lbs) Leg Press (aboout 150 lbs right now I think) etc, you get the idea. Most of these scores I'm not very happy with so I'm hoping to improve them. But, I'm told it's pretty good for a weakling freshman girl. ![]() Then I get home, get on the computer. Then I get off, do some handstands, practice backflip, etc. After that I usually get on the computer a little more, then go to my karate class for an hour and a half or on the days that I don't have karate have a tricking session. Then I get on the computer, do homework, and all that jazz. Then, finally, I do the 1 hour long stretching workout once more before I go to bed.. I think thats all. O.o |

Years of cross country and track have conditioned me to do whatever. I haven't done anything physical really in the past 5 months, but say I wake up tomorrow and decide to run 5 miles (under appropriate weather conditions lol) I probably could, given I take breaks and some walking time here and there (no more than a half a mile!) Running is the best exercise ever and you'll get in better shape than anyone, even if it doesn't look like it. I entered hs weighing 130 and 4 years layer im almost 160. Thats almost 30 pounds of muscle just by running. And it shows too! |

I run around 40 miles a week, that normally does the trick, along with a bunch of lifting chores. |

I just work out with my friend when I can, like bench press and curls. I can bench press a bit less than my weight(140lb) so like 110-120 or so. I used to be able to do at least my weight, but at that time we had worked out every other day, steady, for like 6 months haha. So yeah, I'm really skinny, so basically the only thing that shows is a little bone and some mucsle...no matter how much I work out haha. or eat for that matter...I eat more than anyone I know and am still skinnier than them all. |

I used to be an excercise freak, when i used to do judo we had to do about 300 press ups and 300 sit ups seach lesson (once a week). I then got this really bad pain in my shoulders when i did press ups, so each time i went down it really hurt, like as if things were pushing together. Now though, i can do it all again, i don't do judo anymore though. 50 pressups a day (+5 each day) i can do 5 on each arm, but it's with my legs strecthed far apart because my balance is bad. 50 sit ups a day (+5 each day). I've only just started working out again, the pains have only just stopped. I could easily run about 20 miles in my oppinion, i find it alot easier to run by myself, because it's at your own pace than with other people. If i was with other people i wouldn't even make a mile. |

They make us do 75 push ups on every football practice. :'( That's 3 times a week + the actual football practice. |
